Every Unibro Venture tool is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime. We repair or replace any item that fails to perform under normal domestic use.

Contact our concierge team with your order number and photographs of the structural issue. We will arrange a return label and dispatch a replacement within three business days.

We offer carbon-neutral worldwide shipping from our New York warehouse. Standard delivery takes three to five business days, while expedited shipping arrives within forty-eight hours.

Brushed Steel Care

We accept returns of unused items in original packaging within thirty days of delivery. Return shipping is complimentary for all domestic orders.

Hand-wash wood and ceramic components with mild soap. Avoid soaking, and oil the oak surfaces periodically with food-safe mineral oil to preserve their tactile precision.

While our solid stainless steel accessories can withstand dishwashers, we recommend hand-washing to maintain the pristine brushed finish and prevent micro-abrasions over years of daily ritual.
